Delivery Information

When you place an order, you receive an automatic acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud), in which case any payment is refunded in full.

 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period (you may use the model withdrawal form).

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you've returned them).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, custom-made products, or perishable goods.

 Returns, Faulty Goods & Legal Guarantee

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have a statutory legal guarantee under EU law: if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. This guarantee lasts a minimum of 2 years from delivery. Contact to start a claim — do not return items without contacting us first.
